The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The price of a dog, the fee of a fortune-teller, and the earnings of a prostitute are all unlawful."
حدثنا أحمد بن صالح حدثنا ابن وهب حدثني معروف بن سويد الجذامي أن علي بن رباح اللخمي حدثه أنه سمع
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يحل ثمن الكلب ولا حلوان الكاهن ولا مهر البغي
[Its isnad is hasan] Narrated by Nasai, Hunting, chapter on the prohibition of the price of a dog, no. 4298, from the hadith of Ibn Wahb through this same chain.
