Sourcing, its chain is daif. Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Trade, chapter "One who pays in advance for something should not divert it to something else," hadith no. 2283, from the hadith of Abu Badr, through Atiya bin Saad, who is daif, previously mentioned, hadith no. 452.
