The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever buys a animal whose udder has been left unmilked to swell has the option for three days. If he returns it, he must return along with it an equivalent amount, or twice the amount, of wheat in place of its milk."
حدثنا أبو كامل حدثنا عبد الواحد حدثنا صدقة بن سعيد عن جميع بن عمير التيمي قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ من ابتاع محفلة فهو بالخيار ثلاثة أيام فإن ردها رد معها مثل أو مثلي لبنها قمحا
Grading, its chain of transmission is daif. Ibn Majah reported it in the Book of Trade, Chapter on Selling a Musarrah Animal, no. 2240, from the hadith of Abdul-Wahid through this route.Sadaqah bin Saeed and Jamee are both daif, the majority of scholars graded them daif.
