Anas reported that Abu Taybah cupped the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he ordered that a saa of dates be given to him and instructed his masters to reduce the tax they imposed on him.
حدثنا القعنبي عن مالك عن حميد الطويل
أنه قال حجم أبو طيبة رسول الله ﷺ فأمر له بصاع من تمر وأمر أهله أن يخففوا عنه من خراجه
TakhrijBukhari narrated it in the Book of Sales, chapter on mentioning the cupper, hadith no. 2102, from the hadith of Malik with this wording. It is also in the Muwatta (Yahya's version), 2/974. Muslim also narrated it, hadith no. 1577, from the hadith of Humayd Tawil with this wording.
