The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever visits a sick person whose appointed time has not yet come and says in his presence seven times, 'I ask Allah the Magnificent, Lord of the magnificent Throne, to cure you,' Allah will heal him from that illness."
[Sahih]. Tirmidhi narrated it in the Book of Medicine, chapter on what to say when visiting the sick, hadith no. 2083, from the hadith of Shubah, with this wording, and said, hasan gharib. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, hadith no. 714, as did Hakim, 1/342, 343 and 4/213, and Dhahabi agreed with him.** Yazid Abu Khalid stated explicitly that he heard it directly, and he was corroborated by Abd Rabbih bin Saeed and others.
