Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no jizyah upon a Muslim."

Its isnad is daif. Tirmidhi narrated it in the chapter on zakat, in the section "What has been said that there is no jizyah due upon the Muslims," hadith 633, from the hadith of Jareer, and see also hadith 3032.
