Regarding the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ pledge of allegiance from the women, she said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ never touched the hand of any woman. He would only take the pledge from her verbally, and once she had given it to him, he would say, 'You may go, for I have accepted your pledge.'"

عن بيعة رسول الله ﷺ النساء قالت ما مس رسول الله ﷺ يد امرأة قط إلا أن يأخذ عليها فإذا أخذ عليها فأعطته قال اذهبي فقد بايعتك
Muslim narrated it in "Leadership," in the chapter on how women's pledge of allegiance is taken, hadith no. 1866, from the hadith of Ibn Wahb, and Bukhari, in "Judgments," in the chapter on the pledge of allegiance of women, hadith no. 7214, from the hadith of Ibn Shihab Zuhri, with the same wording.
