[Its isnad is sahih] Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat: 6/427, no. 5913, from the hadith of Musa bin Ismail, with the same wording, and he said, "No one narrated this hadith from Qays bin Saad except Hammad bin Salama." See also the previous hadith.
