Salama bin Akwa reported,
We went on a military expedition with Abu Bakr 
during the time of the Prophet ﷺ, and our battle cry was, "Put to death, put to death."

Darussalam
[Its chain of transmission as hasan]. Ibn Majah reported it in the Book of Jihad, chapter on raids, night attacks, and the killing of women and children, hadith no. 2840, from the hadith of Ikrima bin Ammar, through this chain. Hakim graded it sahih according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs (2/107), and Dhahabi agreed with him.
