The pommel of the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ sword was made of silver.

[Sahih] Narrated by Nasai, in the chapter on Adornment, section on the decoration of the sword, no. 5376, and by Tirmidhi, Nasai, no. 1691, from the hadith of Jareer bin Hazim with the same wording. He said, "hasan, and rare in transmission." The hadith has a corroborating narration at no. 5375, and its chain is sahih. Ibn Mulaqqin also graded it sahih in Tuhfat al-Muhtaj, 1/147, no. 19.
