I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Migration will not cease until repentance ceases, and repentance will not cease until the sun rises from the west."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن موسى الرازي أخبرنا عيسى عن حريز بن عثمان عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي عوف عن أبي هند
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا تنقطع الهجرة حتى تنقطع التوبة ولا تنقطع التوبة حتى تطلع الشمس من مغربها
[Hasan]. Ahmad narrated it, 4/99, and Nasai in Al-Kubra, no. 8711, from the hadith of Hurayz bin Uthman, from him. Abu Hind was not identified by Dhahabi. The hadith has a corroborating witness reported by Ahmad, 1/192, and Tahawi in Mushkil Athar, 3/259.
