I heard Sinan bin Salama bin Muhabbiq al-Hudhali narrating from his father, who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever has a mount that brings him back to a place where he has his fill of food, let him fast Ramadan wherever it finds him."
حدثنا حامد بن يحيى حدثنا هاشم بن القاسم ح و حدثنا عقبة بن مكرم حدثنا أبو قتيبة المعنى قالا حدثنا عبد الصمد بن حبيب بن عبد الله الأزدي
سمعت سنان بن سلمة بن المحبق الهذلي يحدث عن أبيه قال قال رسول الله ﷺ من كانت له حمولة تأوي إلى شبع فليصم رمضان حيث أدركه
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Ahmad reported it (3/476) from Hashim bin Qasim, that is, Abu Nadr. Abdul-Samad bin Habib is daif, the majority declared him daif, and Habib bin Abdullah is majhul.
