A man asked the Prophet ﷺ about a fasting person being intimate with his wife, and he permitted it for him. Another man came and asked him, and he forbade it for him. The one whom he permitted was an old man, and the one whom he forbade was a young man.
حدثنا نصر بن علي حدثنا أبو أحمد يعني الزبيري أخبرنا إسرائيل عن أبي العنبس عن الأغر
أن رجلا سأل النبي ﷺ عن المباشرة للصائم فرخص له وأتاه آخر فسأله فنهاه فإذا الذي رخص له شيخ والذي نهاه شاب
[Hasan]. Bayhaqi (4/231, 232) narrated it from the hadith of Abu Dawud, through the same route, except for Muslim Kufi. The hadith has a corroborating witness narration in Bayhaqi.
