The Prophet ﷺ instructed the use of perfumed antimony at bedtime and said, "Let the fasting person avoid it."
حدثنا النفيلي حدثنا علي بن ثابت
عن النبي ﷺ أنه أمر بالإثمد المروح عند النوم وقال ليتقه الصائم
[Its chain is daif]. Ahmad narrated it: 3/499, from Ali bin Thabit, through the same chain. Numan bin Mabad is of unknown status, and no one deemed him reliable except Ibn Hibban.
