The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was cupped while he was fasting and in the state of ihram.

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Tirmidhi collected it, Fasting, chapter on what has been reported regarding the concession in that, hadith: 777, from the hadith of Yazid bin Abu Ziyad, and he said, hasan sahih, but its chain of transmission is daif. See: 1474, 1898. The hadith has corroborating narrations in Bukhari, hadith: 1835, and elsewhere.Yazid is daif, and the preceding hadith, 2372, serves in its place.
