Its isnad is sahih. Muslim narrated it in the Book of Divorce, chapter on the prohibition of divorcing a menstruating woman without her consent, etc., no. 7/1471, from the hadith of Ayub Sakhtiyani through this route, and it is found in Musannaf Abdul-Razzaq, no. 10959, in full.
