Ibn Umar divorced his wife while she was menstruating, pronouncing a single divorce, with the same meaning as the hadith of Malik.
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد حدثنا الليث
أن ابن عمر طلق امرأة له وهي حائض تطليقة بمعنى حديث مالك
Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on divorce, in the section titled "And their husbands have more right to take them back during that period," hadith no. 5332, and Muslim narrated it (see the previous hadith), both of them from Qutayba, with this wording.
