He raised it as a hadith that he said regarding the captives of Awtas, "No pregnant woman is to be approached until she gives birth, and no non-pregnant woman until she has had one menstrual cycle."
حدثنا عمرو بن عون أخبرنا شريك عن قيس بن وهب عن أبي الوداك
ورفعه أنه قال في سبايا أوطاس لا توطأ حامل حتى تضع ولا غير ذات حمل حتى تحيض حيضة
[Its chain is daif]. Ahmad narrated it (28/3, 62) through the hadith of Sharik the judge, with this wording. Hakim graded it sahih according to the criterion of Muslim (195/2), and Hafiz graded it hasan in Talkhis Habir (171/1, 172). Sharik narrated using "an" (without specifying direct hearing), and the hadith of Tayalisi, no. 1678, serves in its place.
