I used to suffer greatly from the discharge of prostatic fluid and would bathe frequently because of it. So I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it.He said, "Performing ablution is sufficient for you in that case."I asked, "Messenger of Allah, what about what gets onto my garment from it?"He replied, "It is enough for you to take a handful of water and sprinkle it over the part of your garment where you see it has touched."
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا إسمعيل يعني ابن إبراهيم أخبرنا محمد بن إسحق حدثني سعيد بن عبيد بن السباق عن أبيه
كنت ألقى من المذي شدة وكنت أكثر من الاغتسال فسألت رسول الله ﷺ عن ذلك فقال إنما يجزيك من ذلك الوضوء قلت يا رسول الله فكيف بما يصيب ثوبي منه قال يكفيك بأن تأخذ كفا من ماء فتنضح بها من ثوبك حيث ترى أنه أصابه
Its isnad is hasan. Tirmidhi transmitted it in the Book of Purification, chapter on what has been said about madhi getting on clothes, hadith no. 115, and Ibn Majah, hadith no. 506, from the hadith of Muhammad bin Ishaq bin Yasar through this route. Tirmidhi said, hasan sahih, and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih, hadith no. 240.
