with a single iqamah he combined the two prayers. Ahmad said that Waki said, "He prayed each prayer with its own iqamah."

بإقامة إقامة جمع بينهما قال أحمد قال وكيع صلى كل صلاة بإقامة
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Hajj, chapter "Whoever combined both and did not perform any voluntary act," hadith no. 1673, from the narration of Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Dhib, through this same chain. It is also found in Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal, 2/157.
