Usama bin Zayd reported that he heard him say, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed from Arafah, and when he reached the mountain pass he dismounted, relieved himself, then performed ablution without doing it thoroughly.I said to him, 'The prayer?'He replied, 'The prayer lies ahead of you.'He then mounted again, and when he arrived at Muzdalifa he dismounted and performed a thorough ablution. The call to begin the prayer was given, and he prayed Maghrib. Then each person made his camel kneel at his camping spot. The call to begin Isha was then given, and he prayed it without performing any prayer between the two."
حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة عن مالك عن موسى بن عقبة عن كريب مولى عبد الله بن عباس
أنه سمعه يقول دفع رسول الله ﷺ من عرفة حتى إذا كان بالشعب نزل فبال فتوضأ ولم يسبغ الوضوء قلت له الصلاة فقال الصلاة أمامك فركب فلما جاء المزدلفة نزل فتوضأ فأسبغ الوضوء ثم أقيمت الصلاة فصلى المغرب ثم أناخ كل إنسان بعيره في منزله ثم أقيمت العشاء فصلاها ولم يصل بينهما شيئا
