The final of the two practices from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was abandoning ablution for food touched by fire.
حدثنا موسى بن سهل أبو عمران الرملي حدثنا علي بن عياش حدثنا شعيب بن أبي حمزة عن محمد بن المنكدر
كان آخر الأمرين من رسول الله ﷺ ترك الوضوء مما غيرت النار
Its chain is sahih. Nasai narrated it in the Book of Purification, chapter on not repeating wudu because of what fire has changed, hadith 185, through the hadith of Ali bin Ayyash with this wording. Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih, hadith 43. Shafii mentioned a flaw in it, and if that is valid, then the hadith is hasan.
