The Prophet ﷺ performed tawaf wearing a green cloak draped under one arm with the other shoulder exposed.

Its isnad is daif. Tirmidhi narrated it in the Hajj chapter, "What has been said about the Prophet ﷺ circling while wearing his garment over one shoulder," hadith no. 859, and Ibn Majah, hadith no. 2954, from the hadith of Sufyan, from Ibn Jurayj, from Abdul-Hameed bin Jubayr bin Shayba, from Safwan bin Yaala, through this same chain. Tirmidhi said, hasan sahih. The hadith has supporting narrations, including the one that follows.Ibn Jurayj and Sufyan Thawri are both mudallis narrators, and here they both used the ambiguous form "an" in transmitting it.
