The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by him during the time of Hudaybiyah, and he mentioned the story. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Do you have a sacrificial animal with you?"He replied, "No."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then fast three days, or give three sa of dates as charity to six poor people, a sa shared between every two of them."
