Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan reported that he trimmed the Prophet's ﷺ hair at Marwa using a broad arrowhead, or that he saw him being trimmed at Marwa with a broad arrowhead. Ibn Khallad said that Muawiya did not state "he reported to him."

أن معاوية بن أبي سفيان أخبره قال قصرت عن النبي ﷺ بمشقص على المروة أو رأيته يقصر عنه على المروة بمشقص قال ابن خلاد إن معاوية لم يذكر أخبره
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on shaving or trimming the hair upon completing the rites, Hadith 1730, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on trimming the hair in Umrah, Hadith 1246, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj, through this chain.
