The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded that grapes be estimated just as date palms are estimated, and that their zakat be taken as raisins just as the zakat of date palms is taken as dried dates.
حدثنا عبد العزيز بن السري الناقط حدثنا بشر بن منصور عن عبد الرحمن بن إسحق عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب
أمر رسول الله ﷺ أن يخرص العنب كما يخرص النخل وتؤخذ زكاته زبيبا كما تؤخذ زكاة النخل تمرا
Its chain of transmission is daif. Tirmidhi transmitted it in the chapter on zakat, in the section on estimating crop yields, hadith 644, from Zuhri with this wording, and he said, hasan gharib. Nasai also transmitted it, hadith 2619, as did Ibn Majah, hadith 1819, Ibn Khuzayma, hadith 2317, and Ibn Hibban, hadith 799, 800. See the following hadith for its defect.
