The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will come to you collectors of zakat whom people dislike. When they come to you, welcome them and leave them free to do what they seek. If they act justly, it is to their own benefit, and if they act unjustly, it is against themselves. Satisfy them, for the completeness of your zakat lies in their satisfaction, and let them pray for you."
حدثنا عباس بن عبد العظيم ومحمد بن المثنى قالا حدثنا بشر بن عمر عن أبي الغصن عن صخر بن إسحق
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال سيأتيكم ركيب مبغضون فإن جاءوكم فرحبوا بهم وخلوا بينهم وبين ما يبتغون فإن عدلوا فلأنفسهم وإن ظلموا فعليها وأرضوهم فإن تمام زكاتكم رضاهم وليدعوا لكم

Sourcing, its isnad is daif. Bayhaqi narrated it, 4/114, from the hadith of Bishr bin Umar, from him. Sakhr bin Ishaq is "weak" and Abdul-Rahman bin Jabir is "unknown" (Taqrib). The hadith has a sahih corroborating witness, see the following hadith.
