The Prophet ﷺ used to say, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, insanity, elephantiasis, and from evil diseases."
حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا حماد أخبرنا قتادة
أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول اللهم إني أعوذ بك من البرص والجنون والجذام ومن سيئ الأسقام
[Its chain is daif]. Ahmad narrated it (3/192) from the hadith of Hammad bin Salama, and Nasai (8/270, no. 5495) from the hadith of Qatada, through him. Qatada was a mudallis and he narrated using "an" (indicating possible concealment in the chain).
