The Prophet ﷺ, whenever he feared a people, would say, "Allah, we place You before them and seek refuge in You from their evil."

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Nasai narrated it in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla, no. 601, from Muhammad bin Muthanna, by this route. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih in al-Ihsan, no. 4745, as did Hakim, who said it met the conditions of the two Shaykhs, 2/142, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
