The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Blow water out of your nose thoroughly two or three times."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن موسى حدثنا وكيع حدثنا ابن أبي ذئب عن قارظ عن أبي غطفان
قال رسول الله ﷺ استنثروا مرتين بالغتين أو ثلاثا
[Its isnad is hasan] Ibn Majah narrated it, Chapter on Purification, section on being thorough in inhaling and expelling water in the nose, no. 408, from the hadith of Waki, through this route.
