The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about Laylat al-Qadr while I was listening, and he said, "It is in every Ramadan."

Its chain is daif. Bayhaqi reported it, 4/307, from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Maryam, with this same wording, and its chain is daif because Abu Ishaq used an ambiguous form of transmission (an'ana). The hadith has corroborating reports in Ahmad, 5/318, 321, 324, and elsewhere, but they are daif as well.
