Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Our Lord 
descends each night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, saying, 'Who is calling upon Me, that I may answer him? Who is asking Me, that I may give to him? Who is seeking My forgiveness, that I may forgive him?'"

عن أبي هريرة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال ينزل ربنا تبارك وتعالى كل ليلة إلى سماء الدنيا حين يبقى ثلث الليل الآخر فيقول من يدعوني فأستجيب له من يسألني فأعطيه من يستغفرني فأغفر له
Bukhari narrated it in the book of tahajjud, chapter on supplication and prayer in the latter part of the night, hadith no. 1145, from Qanabi. Muslim narrated it in the book of the prayer of travelers, chapter on the encouragement to supplicate and remember Allah in the latter part of the night and the response to it therein, hadith no. 758, from the hadith of Malik, through the same chain. It is also found in Muwatta (Yahya's recension), 1/214.
