No one has informed us that they saw the Prophet ﷺ perform the Duha prayer except Umm Hani. She mentioned that on the day of the conquest of Mecca, the Prophet ﷺ bathed in her house and prayed eight rakahs. No one saw him pray them after that.
حدثنا حفص بن عمر حدثنا شعبة عن عمرو بن مرة
ما أخبرنا أحد أنه رأى النبي ﷺ صلى الضحى غير أم هانئ فإنها ذكرت أن النبي ﷺ يوم فتح مكة اغتسل في بيتها وصلى ثماني ركعات فلم يره أحد صلاهن بعد
Bukhari narrated it in "Shortening the Prayer," chapter on voluntary prayer while traveling, other than after or before the obligatory prayers, no. 1103, from Hafs bin Umar, and Muslim in "The Prayer of the Traveler," chapter on the recommendation of the Duha prayer, etc., no. 336, after no. 719, from the hadith of Shubah, with the same wording.
