Each morning, every joint of your body owes a charity. Every prayer is a charity, every fast is a charity, every pilgrimage is a charity, every "Subhan Allah" is a charity, every "Allahu Akbar" is a charity, and every "Alhamdulillah" is a charity. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ enumerated these righteous deeds, then said, "Two units of the forenoon prayer will suffice you for all of that."
