The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray after Asr while forbidding it, and he would fast continuously while forbidding continuous fasting.

DaifReported by Khatib, 1/324, from the hadith of Ubaydullah bin Saad, through the same chain. Ibn Ishaq was a mudallis and narrated with "an" (an ambiguous form of transmission).
