She said, "Prayer was originally prescribed as two units, both at home and while travelling. The travelling prayer remained as it was, and the prayer at home was increased."

Prayer was made two units and two units, both while at home and while traveling. Then prayer while traveling was kept as it was, while prayer at home was increased.Takhrij: Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Prayer, chapter "How prayer was prescribed on the Night Journey," hadith no. 350, and in the Book of Travelers' Prayer, chapter "The prayer of travelers and its shortening," hadith no. 685, from the hadith of Malik, transmitted in this way, and it is also in Muslim.It appears in Muwatta (Yahya's recension) 1/146, and in Qanabi's recension, pp. 188–189.
