The Prophet ﷺ said, "The Friday prayer in congregation is an obligation upon every Muslim, except for four: a slave owned by another, a woman, a child, or someone who is ill."
حدثنا عباس بن عبد العظيم حدثني إسحق بن منصور حدثنا هريم عن إبراهيم بن محمد بن المنتشر عن قيس بن مسلم
عن النبي ﷺ قال الجمعة حق واجب على كل مسلم في جماعة إلا أربعة عبد مملوك أو امرأة أو صبي أو مريض
Its isnad is sahih. Daraqutni reported it (2/2, no. 1561) from the hadith of Ishaq bin Mansur, narrated in this manner.Nawawi said in al-Khulasah, "This," meaning the statement of Abu Dawud, "does not affect its soundness, for it would then be a mursal report of a companion, and that is still authoritative. The hadith meets the standard of the two Shaykhs" (Nasb Raya, 2/199).
